From the moment we walked in the door there was such a great vibe and they were extremely professional. From the initial conversation to the actual installation at our house, they were helpful and made sure we were 100% satisfied with the service and the product - which we were! We are first-time spa owners and did a lot of research and window shopping. We finally landed on Universal because of the good reviews and bullfrog spas because we loved the idea of the interchangeable jet packs. We worked with Jin and ordered an A6 in October and excitedly prepared for a December or January delivery. Unfortunately, due to manufacturing delays, our spa was rescheduled for June. Jin was very accommodating and offered us an upgrade to a Stil7 that she had just received.. 1 week later it was delivered and we've been enjoying it immensely. We love the clean modern lines and the flexible bench style seating. Jin and Vicky have been very helpful getting the water treated properly and we would highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with the team at Universal Spas.
